A WARRINGTON housing firm is on the lookout for skilled tradespeople.

Your Housing Group is hosting a recruitment open day on Wednesday, July 24.

If you’re a qualified and skilled multi-trade, joiner, plasterer, plumber, electrician, roofer, floor layer or maintenance operative (semi-skilled), then you are welcome to attend.

For multi-trade, joiner, plasterer, plumber, roofer, and floor layer roles you must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in your chosen skilled trade (or similar) or have a minimum of three years’ experience.

Electricians must have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised competency/qualification within the electrical field. Plus, a City and Guilds Inspection and Testing (G&G: 2391 or equivalent) and BS: 7671 18th Edition or currently in the process of achieving 18th.

Maintenance Operatives must have appropriate trade qualifications (NVQ / City and Guilds or equivalent) and experience of completing and delivering response repairs and maintenance works preferably within the social housing sector.

The event takes place at Youggie House in Birchwood Boulevard between 4pm and 6.30pm.
