A TV actor paid a visit to a gym in Warrington last week.

Warren Brown took to Instagram to share he had been training at Hook & Jab Boxing, Fitness and Community Gym.

The gym, which is located just off Wilderspool Causeway, is home to top level boxing, training and coaching.

Warren, who is originally from Warrington, has links to boxing.

Before he began acting, he was a muay-Thai boxing world champion.

He won three British titles, a Commonwealth title, was crowned WAKO Pro world champion at light-welterweight Thai boxing, and also received the Warrington Sports Personality Award.

Posting a picture of himself and others at Hook & Jab on Instagram, Warren said: “Still got it… (that stitch) #Warrington #oldschool.”

Warren is best known for starring in the likes of The Responder, Hollyoaks, Shameless, and Trigger Point.
