The annual walk saw hundreds of people from churches and schools in Stockton Heath and Appleton take part.
This year's theme was love and was watched by well over 1,000 people as the roads in the centre of the village closed.
The heavens opened for a short while but it did not stop the bands.
Warrington Brass and Tyldesley Brass Band were among those taking part.
