EMERGENCY services were called following a crash in south Warrington this morning, Friday.
Police say they were contacted about the incident on the A49 at Stretton at around 10.30am.
Officers attended and found there had been a collision between two vehicles, a grey Ford Ecosport and a white Ford Transit van.
Both drivers were treated at the scene by paramedics, although there were no reports of any serious injuries.
The road was closed for around an hour with drivers reporting queues back to the slip road of the M56.
