A SMALL housing project near Lymm has been named one of the best in the region.

The North West Homebuilder Awards, the first event of its kind in the UK, was established by Cowgills to shine a spotlight on small-to-medium-sized homebuilders.
The event aims not only to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of property developers but also to elevate the homebuilding industry as a whole. A panel of industry leaders meticulously evaluated nominee submissions across ten categories, ensuring that only the most exemplary developments received prizes.
