TRAIN rides will be available at this year’s Cheshire Steam Fair.
The ever-popular event is back at Daresbury this weekend.
On both Saturday and Sunday, a full programme of top steam fair attractions will be on show.
This will include steam engines, classic cars, vintage tractors, classic motorcycles, and more.
Also available at this year’s Cheshire Steam Fair will be train rides.
They will be provided by the Warrington and District Model Engineers Society.
A spokesperson for the group said: “On display the finest model engines which you can take a ride through the Daresbury countryside - including the models of the Flying Scotsman, Duchess of Abercorn, and many more model steam and diesel locomotives.”
Rides, which will work on a ‘pay as you ride’ basis, will start from 10am on both Saturday and Sunday and the train station will be located top left of the show field.
