POLICE have been involved following an incident of anti-social behaviour in which a car was damaged.
The incident occurred on Wednesday evening, shortly before 9pm, on Birchwood way on approach to Orford Road in Padgate.
It was reported to the police that yobs threw a piece of metal at a passing car driving along the road.
In doing so, a large dent was reportedly caused to the roof.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: “At 8.51pm on Wednesday, July 3, police received a report of a car being damaged by a piece of metal being thrown from the roadside.
“The car was travelling along Birchwood Way in Warrington at the time.
“Anyone with information can call Cheshire Police on 101, quoting IML 1862170.”
