A WARRINGTON care service has been ranked in the UK’s top ones for the seventh year in a row after receiving a perfect review score.
Belong at Home is a not-for-profit care service that offers a range of support and housing for elderly people.
There are eight Belong villages in the UK, predominately in the north west, with one in Warrington.
Based on testimonials and reviews on website homecare.co.uk, Belong at Home teams in the north west and the west midlands have been named in the country’s top 20 care groups for 2024.
This makes it the only not-for-profit service in the country to have won the award every year since 2018.
Reviews for the Warrington branch have been collected over the past two years and has led to the care home receiving a 100 per cent satisfaction score.
“We are very pleased that the hard work and dedication of our teams is recognised by our customers and their families, and we are grateful for their feedback – it really is encouraging,” said Andrew Shield, head of operations at Belong at Home.
“They are the experts in what they need, and we are privileged to support them to live their lives as independently as they can.”
