TRAFFIC is slowing and partially blocked on the M6 northbound near Winwick following an accident.
Delays are being experienced between junction 22, Winwick Link Road to junction 23, Haydock this morning, Wednesday, as emergency services attend the scene of an accident.
National Highways expect normal traffic conditions to return by 10am.
