A MAN has been released under investigation after being arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and assault.
The 41-year-old was arrested at 1.10pm on Thursday in relation to an incident that took place in Stockton Heath on June 13.
He was being questioned by officers following his arrest but has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
