A CHARITY set up to create a lasting legacy for Brianna Ghey is holding its first festival.
Peace & Mind UK, established by Brianna’s mum Esther, will be hosting the event in June.
It is the charity’s very first festival and it will be a day for families filled with relaxation, mindfulness and positive vibes.
The Peace Festival was revealed in a social media post by Peace and Mind UK this morning, Monday.
Those attending will be able to immerse themselves in a variety of activities such as yoga sessions, meditation workshops, live music performances, and much more.
“Connect with like-minded individuals and explore ways to cultivate inner peace and mental wellbeing,” the event page reads.
“Let’s come together to celebrate peace and unity.”
In terms of what else festivalgoers can expect at the event, there will be sound baths, mindfulness talks, motivation speakers, workshops, food, children’s activities, craft and wellbeing stalls, and more.
The Peace Festival will take place on Sunday, August 25, between 10am and 4pm at The Engine Rooms at Birchwood Park in Risley.
Tickets cost just £5 and under 16s come free with a paying adult.

Peace & Mind UK, a non-profit organisation, aims to improve the mental health of young people and their families.
Its overarching goal is to ‘plant seeds of resilience, empathy, and unity’ within society.
The charity was launched off the back of the Peace in Mind campaign which was established by the Warrington Guardian alongside Esther.
The campaign raised more than £50,000 for the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) to improve mental health and wellbeing support for schoolchildren across the country, beginning in Warrington.
