MOTORISTS are being warned of rush hour delays on the East Lancashire Road this morning following reports of an accident.
The incident has happened at junction 23 with the M6 at Haydock.
Traffic monitoring service Inrix reports a section of the East Lancashire Road westbound is partially blocked.
There are reports of slow traffic around the Haydock area.
