WINNERS of the People's Postcode Lottery have been located in the WA postcode area.
Lucky residents in Rainford received £1,000 today Thursday, June 30, after enrolling in the UK lottery.
The winners on Rookery Lane bagged the generous sum of money after WA11 8EG was announced as a postal code to win the prize.
Postcode Lottery supports a wide range of charities and causes across the UK and globally.
To date, it has provided over £1 billion in funding for organisations and projects.
