A ‘VERY rare’ bank note is up for sale in Warrington for a whopping £7,699.
The £20 UK plastic polymer bank note is up for auction on Ebay for a staggering 385 times its actual value.
This is due to it having a ‘very rare and unique’ serial number in the form of BH33 888688.
A unique serial number is printed horizontally and vertically on the back of the note. The horizontal number is in the bottom right corner.
It is made up of multi-coloured letters and numbers, which increase in height from left to right.
The vertical number runs down the left-hand side and the numbers and letters are the same height and colour.
The seller says: “I am selling a unique £20 UK plastic polymer bank note. It has got a very rare unique special number BH33 888688.
“The note is in good condition. Will post it to UK or internationally by Royal Mail. Also available to collection from Warrington.”
