NEW figures reveal how much house prices have dropped in Warrington, including which property type has seen the biggest fall.
In April, the average house price in the town was £250,807 which is a 0.5 per cent decrease from March.
But across the north west, house prices actually increase 0.7 per cent.
In Warrington, it was terraced houses that saw the biggest fall in property prices in April.
They dropped 0.7 per cent in price to £196,468 on average.
Closely behind was detached houses which were down 0.5 per cent monthly, followed by semi-detached properties which were down 0.3 per cent monthly.
While owners of flats saw the smallest drop at 0.2 per cent.
In the town, the average property in price in April was £250,807. The most expensive properties in the north west in this month were in Trafford at £365,000 on average, while Burnley was at the other end of the scale at £108,000 on average.
