The Howley Pub announced on social media the start of its enticing competition being held throughout the European Football Championship on Sunday – as England played their debut match against Serbia.
As local pubs in Warrington prepare for what hopes to be an exciting summer for our home team, many are showing their support by decorating their outsides with England flags, putting on drinks offers during the Euros matches and much more to drum up excitement around the event.
A spokesperson for The Howley detailed its new competition on a post on Facebook, stating: “During the euros we will be selling raffle tickets for £1.
"The prize is this Remy Martin XO Extra Old Cognac.
“On the final day we will draw the winning ticket and the winner will take home this fantastic prize worth nearly £200.”
