Congestion is building along the M62 Eastbound near Birchwood following an accident.
Queues of traffic are forming along the carriageway on junction 11 (Birchwood) following an road traffic accident that took place on the M602 Eastbound.
Two lane closed have now reopened between M60 junction 12 (Eccles Interchange) to junction 2 A576 Gilda Brook Road (Trafford Park / Eccles).
Delays around Birchwood are of up to 15 minutes and National Highways estimate the scene to be clear by 8am.
Lane 3 (of 3) is closed on the #M602 eastbound between J1 #M60 and J2 #Eccles due to a collision.

The vehicles involved have been recovered and all lanes should re-open shortly.
