Huge changes underway at M&S Gemini as builders start upgrade plans

Builders are on site as work begins on a ‘top-to-bottom transformation’ to enhance the shopping experience of customers.

M&S has warned customers of some disruption at its Gemini Retail Park store – which remains open for business throughout – and shoppers are thanked for their patience.

A section of the car park has been fenced off, with construction offices and a builder’s yard created.

Areas of inside the store have also been screened off as internal work begins.

A spokesman for M&S Gemini said: “It is official – work has officially begun to revamp M&S Gemini into a better, fresher new store.

“We will be undergoing a top-to-bottom transformation designed with customers and local families at its heart.
