A NEW wellbeing event is set to be held in Lymm later this month to help raise money for a children’s charity.
ZenAM, which will be held at The Tipi on Higher Lane in Lymm, will begin with an hour of yoga, followed by a further half an hour crystal sound bath and meditation session.
The morning will finish with tips from a life coach on how to maintain wellbeing in daily life and the chance to ask questions to experts.
The event will start at 9am on Saturday, June 22 and is due to finish at around midday.
“I’m delighted to be a part of ZenAM,” said Angela Dobric, from Genius Yoga.
“It’s so important amidst the hectic pace of our daily lives that we all take some time to find a place of calm where we can just breathe.
“We want to offer the chance for people to regroup and re-energise, while also raising funds for a fantastic charity.”
The event will help fundraise for Brainwave, a charity that supports children with additional needs.
“Fundraising is crucial for us to deliver our specialist therapy services, enabling children with disabilities and additional needs to reach their full potential,” said Keith Sinclair, CEO of Brainwave.
“We’re delighted to be the first charity to benefit from ZenAM, which will also raise greater awareness of Brainwave.
“Wellbeing is at the heart of all we do, for our people, the children we support and their families.
“This is a lovely way to give to others, whilst also improving your own resilience with some all-important self-care.”
Spaces for the event are limited and tickets, which cost £38.62 each, can be purchased here.
