THERE was a four-vehicle crash on the motorway in Warrington last night, Wednesday.
At 5.45pm, officers were called to reports of a multi-vehicle incident on the M6 southbound.
The incident happened between junction 21a, Croft, and junction 21, Winwick.
Officers attended and found there had been a crash involving four vehicles in lane four.
As a result the lane was closed, causing ‘extremely slow’ traffic in and around the area.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “There were no reports of any serious injuries and the scene was cleared by 7.20pm.”
