AN inquest has been opened into the death of a 40-year-old woman who was found dead at her home in Warrington.
Warrington Coroner’s Court heard how Amy Noon’s friend became worried after being unable to contact her on May 12.
As a result, he forced entry into Ms Noon’s home at Waterside in Appleton but sadly found her deceased, the court heard on Wednesday.
Officers then attended the address following reports of concern for the welfare of an individual and confirmed there were no suspicious circumstances.
Due to Ms Noon’s death being one of an unnatural cause, senior coroner for Cheshire Jacqueline Devonish formally opened an inquest.
The hearing will take place in September.
