A RESTAURANT that has stood in a village for 20 years has thanked customers ahead of its closure.
Last week, Cardamon Cuisine in Stockton Heath revealed it will be closing its doors forever at the end of the month.
The Indian eatery has been a firm favourite in the village for more than a decade and its closure came as a shock to many residents.
To thank its customers for their support over the years, Cardamon revealed it would be hosting free events in the form of Michael Jackson tribute nights.
Since its closure announcement, the business said it has received an ‘outpouring of love’ which it has thanked the community for.
A Facebook post from Cardamon reads: “Just want to take this opportunity to say that we will miss everyone.
“Thank you for the love and support you have shown throughout the years.”
Caramon Cuisine will officially close on May 29.
