The choice of what to have for breakfast is endless and everyone has their favourite go-to items that they eat before heading off to school or work.

But we want to know where in Warrington serves the best food to start the day.

If you’re treating yourself to breakfast, where do you go?

So far in our Best of 2024 competition, we’ve searched for Warrington’s Best for Hair and Best for Pies, and then Best for Nails and Best for Roast Dinner, with the shortlist for the town’s Best for Cocktails revealed yesterday, Thursday.

Our next category will focus on breakfast – the most important meal of the day.

We know there are lots of great places serving breakfast in Warrington so, let us know who deserves to be featured in our final shortlist and why.

We know it will be no easy feat to choose a winner which is why we’ll be handing over the final decision to those who know best – our readers.

HOW IT WORKS:

Each Friday morning we will reveal new categories via our social media pages and ask you who is the best. Nominations will then close each Monday morning at 12pm.

Every Thursday we will publish a shortlist of finalists with voting officially opening.

You will be able to vote in one of three ways:

- By commenting under the relevant post on our Warrington Guardian Facebook or X (Twitter) pages = 1 vote

- By entering via the online article on our Warrington Guardian website = 2 votes

- By entering via our Warrington Guardian newspaper = 5 votes

Voting closes each Sunday evening at midnight.

The following Wednesday evening we will announce the winner of that category on social media.
