ONE of the UK’s largest housebuilders has opened its new headquarters in Birchwood Park .
And its grand opening was attended by Warrington Wolves players and council dignitaries.
Persimmon, which has offices across the UK, has recently opened its new north west headquarters in Chadwick House.
The grand opening was attended by Warrington Wolves players, Joe Philbin and Arron Lindop, as well as council leader, Hans Mundry, and chief executive Steven Broomhead.
“It was great to meet some of the team at Persimmon and officially open their new office at Birchwood Park,” said Cllr Hans Mundry.
“I am delighted to see one of the UK’s largest housebuilders choose Warrington as their new home and I’m confident they will enjoy their time here.”
Persimmon has become the first occupier of the historic Chadwick House building following its recent refurbishment.
The modernised office includes workspaces, breakout areas, and access to on-site facilities.
“This move marks a significant moment for Chadwick House, perhaps our most recognisable building over the decades, as it completed the first stage of major refurbishment work,” said Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park.
“This is further evidence that Birchwood Park is a hotspot for developers across the region and nationwide.”
