SOME 335 new homes in a vast housing estate in Daresbury are set to launch.
Redrow is building 800 homes across 120 acres of land called the Daresbury Garden Village.
The plan includes open spaces, green corridors and areas for play.
The new homes will be located on the development’s second phase named Keckwick Park, which will eventually feature 335 homes.
This will be a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Anna Evans-Kerr, sales director at Redrow NW, said: “Daresbury Garden Village is a flagship development for us in the North West. Our first phase has proven to be incredibly popular amongst buyers, so we are confident the new wave of homes at Keckwick Park will be too.
“There is something for everyone here, from those looking for their family home to downsizers.”
Visitors can view three show homes The Leamington Lifestyle, The Henley and The Richmond, located at the development's first phase Gleaves View.
