POLICE have launched an appeal for information in relation to a flashing incident.
Cheshire Police is appealing for help from members of the public to locate a suspect in connection with an indecent exposure incident which took place last Wednesday.
Sometime between 7pm and 7.30pm, it was reported that two teenage boys were followed by a man as they walked onto the pedestrian bridge over Watkinson Way heading towards Page Lane in Widnes.
He had earlier been on the 110 bus from Warrington to Widnes.
The man called out to them before exposing himself.
Following the incident, the boys alerted a man on a bike who chased after the suspect.
The suspect is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall and of slim to medium build. He had blond hair, a blue long-sleeved top, black trousers and black shoes.
DC Phil Jackson said: “The same man had been on the 110 bus from Warrington to Widnes. I’d urge anyone who recognises the description or has any information that may help us with our investigation to contact us.”
