A NEW planning application has been submitted to Warrington Borough Council to turn a house in Bewsey into a five bed HMO.
The application shows that the current three-bedroom house, 114 Lovely Lane, would be transformed into a five-bed property.
Before the property can be converted, the application to change the property into a HMO must be approved by the council.
The property currently has two conservatories, which would both be removed from the property should the application be approved.
The dining room and lounge would also be turned into two bedrooms on the ground floor, according to the floor plan.
Each bedroom in the property would also feature ensuites, meaning each tenant would have their own bathroom.
A crime impact assessment was also submitted as part of the application, which states that the property would have regular visits by management to inspect the property for maintenance issues.
“The aim is to create a positive living experience for all occupants of the HMO and neighbouring residents through the prioritisation of tenant safety, comfort and legal compliance,” the assessment reads.
Warrington Borough Council has until May 31 to decide whether to approve or refuse the application.
