A NUMBER of events are set to take place next week as part of 2024’s Mental Health Awareness Week.
The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is movement, encouraging people to get put and about to improve their wellbeing.
Physical movement can increase energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost self-esteem.
