A NEW business will be opening at the refurbished Cockhedge Shopping Centre.
The Coffee House will be opening inside the old linen warehouse.
Bosses of the chain have confirmed that the store will be fitted out next month, with it set to open over the summer.
There is currently another branch of The Coffee House in Warrington which is based on Old Marketplace.
And the business has revealed it is also exploring other opportunities in the town.
Cockhedge Shopping Centre is currently in the process of being partially demolished, with it undergoing a refurbishment worth more than £3 million.
The works will not only make way for a residential quarter containing up to 900 apartments, but it will see the mall itself completely renovated.
