A RENOWNED astronomer is set to bring a new visual effects show to Parr Hall to take audiences on a journey across the cosmos.
Adrian West, author of The Secret World of Stargazing, will present The Night Sky Show on Saturday, November 9 at 7.30pm.
The show uses a giant LED wall to create an entertaining, informative and theatrical experience exploring the cosmos.
Adrian, also known on social media as VirtualAstro, has written for the BBC, Met Office and National Trust and now has one of the largest space accounts on X (formerly Twitter) with over 200,000 followers on the platform.
Using Hollywood-style effects, the show is set to be as far from a science lecture as possible, bringing the audience on a journey through the stars.
The Night Sky Show is recommended for families aged eight and above and adults of all ages.
Tickets start at £25 and can be found here or for more information call 442345.
