A COURT has given its consent to extradite a man living in Warrington.
The case of Ionut-Victor Lupescu was heard before Westminster Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Thursday.
The 41-year-old, whose address was given as Grosvenor Close in Hood Manor, was the subject of an extradition order.
He was arrested under a warrant issued by authorities in Romania as a suspect for an offence of theft.
The court consented to Lupescu’s extradition to Romania, and he was remanded on conditional bail.
