A MAIN road in south Warrington was closed on Friday following a crash at a busy junction.
Police were called to the incident on London Road in Appleton at around 3.25pm.
On arrival, officers found that the crash happened at the junction of Broomfields Road and involved a blue Ford Focus and a blue BMW 218d.
As a result of the incident, the Ford Focus had collided with a concrete post.
London Road was closed while the incident was dealt with. It was reopened at around 3.35pm.
No arrests were made and no injuries were reported.
