A SUSPECT has been named after being charged with the theft of more than £28,000 worth of wheat bisks cereal.
Clifford Wyatt is accused of theft by employee of the cereal item in Warrington.
The 42-year-old, of Lund Avenue in Radcliffe, is alleged to have stolen wheat bisks cereal to the retail value of £28,163,52.
The stock value is listed on court documents at approximately £10,000.
The theft is alleged to have been committed in Warrington on October 8 last year, with the items belonging to Maxi Haulage.
Wyatt is also charged with taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.
The particulars of the charge allege that, on October 8 last year in Warrington, he took a conveyance, namely a Mercedes tractor unit, without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority.
Wyatt is due to make a first appearance before Warrington Magistrates; Court in relation to the charges on Monday morning.
