HERE is a first look inside swanky new show homes which will open to the public at a huge development this weekend.
Countryside Homes will open the doors to two impressive show homes on Saturday as the housebuilder launches a number of new houses for sale at Rivers Edge.
Once complete, the estate will boast more than 500 homes, with work on the vast scheme commencing in December 2021, on the former Spectra Packaging site next to Centre Park and along the River Mersey, either side of Centre Park link road off Chester Road.
Potential homebuyers can step inside and take a look around two of Countryside’s most sought-after house designs – the three-bed New Stamford and the three-bed New Ashbourne.
The housebuilder, part of the Vistry Group, has also released its latest collection of two, three and four-bed homes for sale at the development.
With prices starting from £262,995, the new homes feature Countryside’s signature design, with skylight windows, open plan layouts and French doors to the rear garden.
Since construction work commenced in 2021, Rivers Edge has attracted homebuyers from across the region, from first-time buyers to growing families, and those relocating from nearby cities.
Countryside Homes has a range of schemes to help prospective buyers sell their existing properties, including Assisted Move and Smooth Move.
Gemma Hardy, managing director at Vistry, said: “We are really excited to launch our two brand new show homes.
“They offer buyers the opportunity to take a look around what is on offer and picture themselves living in a Countryside home.
“This weekend is also the much-anticipated release of our latest collection of homes at the development.
“We would encourage anyone who is interested to make an appointment with our sales team and view our show homes as soon as possible.”
