ANOTHER empty unit at a Warrington retail park looks set to be filled.
Plans had been submitted to Warrington Borough Council’s planning department for advertisement consent.
The location of the application is unit eight at Riverside Retail Park.
This is the final unit on the northern row, at the corner joined with the eastern row, which was formerly occupied by Bed Shed.
Council planners have given the green light to proposals to install signage for The Sleep Haven.
Approved designs include a printed sign with the business name and ‘comfort tailored for you’ that will fit over the existing illuminated box on the front.
The second is a welcome sign above the door, while there are also plans for two other smaller signs with the firm’s branding on, as well as a goods entry sign.
The Sleep Haven will be selling beds and other sleep related products.
It comes shortly after plans were submitted for signage at nearby unit six, which it is proposed will become a Barnardos ‘superstore’.
This unit was formerly home to Au Naturale Interiors and B&M, with the former closing and latter moving into the larger unit near to the entrance, which itself was vacated by Homebase.
