POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in relation to a robbery at a Warrington shop.
At 12.30pm last Wednesday, February 7, two unknown men entered the Co-op store on Warrington Road in Penketh.
While inside, they stole around £100 worth of tablets from the health and beauty aisle, before making threats to staff.
One man is described as being in his mid-late 40s, around 5' 11" tall, having facial hair, being well-groomed, of a heavy build and wearing a black coat, black jumper and blue jeans.
The second man is described as being in his mid-30s, around 5' 11" tall, of a stocky build, with black hair, a well-groomed short beard and wearing a black cap, a long black coat, a white t-shirt and black jeans.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: “Both men are believed to be of Middle Eastern ethnicity and spoke with a foreign accent.”
Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing, and as part of this, officers have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in relation to the incident.
DC Ian Prashar said: “As part of our ongoing investigation, we would like to speak to the man pictured as we believe he may hold vital information.

“We would also like to appeal directly to the man pictured to get in touch.”
