A KNIFE has been seized by police officers in Warrington town centre.
The blade was recovered by plain clothed Cheshire Police officers in an undercover operation.
The operation is targeting drugs and knives in public places, with this weapon now off the streets.
The force’s Warrington Police team said: “Plain clothes undercover officers have been operating in Warrington town centre on a drugs and knife-crime initiative.
“We are keeping the town safe, and today we have taken an offensive weapon off a male.”
