A BUILDING in Warrington town centre could be transformed by new plans.
Plans have been submitted to extend the block on Horrocks Lane near Time Square, which is currently home to four flats, into four new studio apartments.
A double storey extension to the first and second floor would be required.
The building is known as Yorkshire House, which dates back to the 1930s, is described as having little historical merit.
The front, on Buttermarket Street, houses a taxi office and food unit with the flats above.
There is no parking available although a bike store is planned.
You can see the plans in more detail at warrington.gov.uk.
