CUSTOMERS have been sending their well-wishes to a much-loved village dog groomer.

Louise Wilmott has owned Time for Pets in Culcheth for 15 years, having starting dog grooming from her shed in 2008.

But she has confirmed to loyal customers that she will be leaving the Common Lane business for a new adventure in Wales with her husband.

The shop will be in safe hands however, and Louise has thanked all of her customers over the years.

A customer notice on the Time for Pets Facebook page read: “After 15yrs of owning Time for Pets, it is time to hand over my scissors.

“I am finishing grooming on Wednesday, February 12, as myself and my husband are off to start our next chapter in Anglesey at the beginning of March.

“As most of you know that Hannah, of Pipp ‘N’ Belle, will be taking over from myself on Thursday, February 22.

“Please contact her for any appointment queries or to book in on 07369275421.

“I would just like to say a massive thankyou to all my customers, new and old, for supporting me over the years and entrusting me in looking after your fur babies. I will miss you all.”

The news was greeted with many well-wishes, with one customer commenting: “We will all miss you. Hope your new venture goes well. You have been a good friend for my family and my dogs.”

Another wrote: “Going to miss you Louise. You have been so good and patient with all our dogs, past and present over the past 15 years.

“Enjoy and have fun on your new journey, and as I can testify, if you do not do it now, you never will.”
