A FINE has been issued to a driver stopped on the motorway earlier today, Wednesday.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police pulled over a motorist on the M62 heading to Warrington.
They say the reason for doing so was no registration plates being fixed to the vehicle, and trade plates being upside down inside.
Officers added that the driver ‘should know better’.
Posting on social media, Greater Manchester Police’s traffic division said: “On the M602, this Audi. driver was from a dealership and taking the car to Warrington.
“No front or rear plates were displayed and both trade plates were upside down on dash.
“A £100 fine was issued. They should know better.”
