TWO fire engines rushed to a house fire in Latchford last night, Wednesday.
Crews were called to the property on Stringer Crescent at around 9.20pm.
A small fire in a hearth was extinguished using a bucket of water.
Firefighters then cleared the fireplace and continued to dampen down the area until it had cooled down.
Two fire engines attended the scene, one from Birchwood and one from Stockton Heath.
