A SUSPECTED drug dealer has been named by police after being charged with supplying illegal substances.
The charges relate to an incident on Mill Lane in Stockton Heath on Thursday, during which a man was stopped and searched by officers.
David Correia, aged 20 and of Dominion Road, Leicester, was arrested that day and later charged by Cheshire Police.
He has been charged with two counts – possession with intent to supply class A drugs, and the supply of class A drugs, namely crack cocaine.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Chester Magistrates’ Court the following day, Friday.
Here, he was further remanded in custody until his next court appearance before Chester Crown Court next month.
