THE entry to a motorway in Warrington was blocked this morning after a vehicle crashed into a lamppost.
Just before 7.25am this morning, Monday, police were called to a one-vehicle crash at a roundabout in Stretton by the M56 slip road.
On attendance, officers found a vehicle had collided with a lamppost which had blocked the carriageway.
Traffic was heavy in the area as a result, particularly on London Road.
There was also a large police presence at the scene.
