POLICE dogs assisted officers in the search for a missing teenager in Warrington on Saturday night.
At around 9.50pm, police were made aware of a missing teenager in the Woolston area.
Officers, supported by the police dog unit, were deployed and searches were conducted across the town.
The teenager was located safe and well at 11.40pm.
Cheshire Police Dogs shared the news in a social media post.
It reads: “PD Sparky was called to assist with the search for a high risking missing person last night.
“Following an area search of a large rural park area in Warrington, Sparky located the person who is now safe and well and getting the support they need.”
