PLANS have been submitted to Warrington Borough Council regarding the construction of eight new homes in Thelwall.
Limited details are currently available on the council's online planning portal, but the application relates to land on Lymm Road, in Thelwall.
According to the official description of the proposal: "Proposed demolition of existing buildings and the erection of eight dwellings with associated new access from the highway and landscaping."
At the time of writing, there are no documents associated with this development available on the council's online planning portal.
However, the site in question appears to be on the Old Hall Farm estate, in Thelwall.
The description on the planning portal states that the application refers to the livery stables on the farmstead.
A public consultation on these plans is open until February 14, and a decision is due by March 20.
