WARRINGTON Borough Council has revealed when residents will finally have their green bins emptied.
This comes following a long delay due to industrial action that took place over seven weeks at the end of 2023.
When the strikes ended, the council prioritised collecting residents' blue and black bins, with those paying for a green bin collection subscription feeling as though they had been left by the wayside.
Now, however, the council has announced when residents can expect to have their green bins collected.
The council says: "These are the collection dates for your green bin as it's not the same day as your blue bin.
"If you have a subscription and your postcode isn't on this list, your green bin will be emptied on the same day as your blue bin."
The postcodes announced for collection are below.
