DECEMBER was a whole month of celebrations for one Stockton Heath after they scooped two top honours in the Salon Awards.
Leanne Holt, owner of Brhaive on London Road, were nominated in several categories in the national industry awards but took the top spot in two – Best Customer Experience and Best New or Refurbished Salon in Cheshire.
Leanne said: “To be winners at such a prestigious awards event meant so much to me and I’m so proud of what we have achieved.
“I opened Brhaive when I was just 24 with a lot of naivety but so much passion and dedication.
“It’s been an extremely difficult and challenging time in business and I couldn’t be more thrilled about winning these awards.
“Winning best customer experience is reward for building such a talented group of committed and supportive individuals who have added to the success of Brhaive.
“Over the years, we have built up a great reputation and customer service is something we value extremely highly.
“Great customer service goes a long way and I’m really passionate about bringing our customers the best service possible, so to be recognised across our region for delivering the best customer service to our customers is very special.
“We believe we have created a unique experience like no other.”
And what about the second award?
Leanne and the team decided to enter best new or refurbished salon in Cheshire as the changes they’ve made to the premises are within the brand message and salon experience.
Leanne said: “We made a small refurbishment to one of our rooms upstairs – a zen den, which is a quiet space for customers to chill out during their time with us.
“We also made changes to our back garden creating a green, calming and welcoming space for our customers to escape.”
The two Salon Awards have been added to Brhaive’s growing collection of accolades which started with Best Business Branding in the salon’s first year of business.
