A WOMAN has been named by the courts after being charged with burglary.
It comes following a reported burglary at Maplewood Restaurant, a Cantonese-style Chinese eatery on Warrington Road in Bold Heath.
This is alleged to have been committed at 11.38pm on January 21.
Charlotte Clarke has since been charged with a count of burglary with intent to steal.
The particulars of the charge allege that the 21-year-old, of Skipton Close in Runcorn, entered Maplewood Restaurant as a trespasser with intent to steal.
Clarke also faces another charge of vehicle interference.
This charge alleges that on January 21, on Warrington Road, she interfered with a motor vehicle, namely a white Audi A6 Sport, with the intention that an offence of theft would be committed.
Clarke was due to make a first appearance to face the charges at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Monday.
