A BOY has been rushed to hospital after a sledging accident in Warrington.
Emergency services were called to the incident at Warrington Golf Course on London Road in Appleton yesterday morning, Sunday.
An ambulance crew, a critical care paramedic, and a hazardous area response team attended the scene.
A North West Ambulance Service spokesperson revealed that a teenage boy was taken to hospital to be treated for their injuries.
It comes after yesterday’s snowy, icy weather which often sees many people flock to the golf course to sledge.
