A STOCKTON Heath eatery has added two unique winter specials to its menu.

Rudy’s opened on Walton Road back in 2021 after moving into the spot of a former bank.

It has provided popular with locals since.

Now, the Neapolitan style pizzeria has revealed two new winter specials.

Taking inspiration from its Italian roots, the new pizzas are paired with seasonal ingredients, providing the ultimate festive feels.

The winter special pizzas are available at Rudy’s from today, Friday.

They are:

Zucca (‘pumpkin’ in Italian) is created by Rudy’s own pizzaiolo, Francesco Aiello who originates from Palermo, Sicily. As the name suggests, this pizza features pumpkin cream base, topped with fior di latte, goats’ cheese, roasted garlic chestnut mushrooms, finished with a sprinkle of toasted pumpkin seeds and chilli flakes. Zucca is suitable for vegetarians.

Guanciale & Pear is a tribute to award-winning Italian pizzaioli, Teresa Iori, who founded the famous Naples pizzeria, le Figlie di Iorio. The white pizza is topped with fior di latte, gorgonzola, guanciale (cured pork cheek) and fresh pears, sprinkled with toasted walnuts and fresh thyme.
